Neil Bennett is a listing agent who has been in Real Estate since
1993. Neil was awarded the degree of Masters of Business
Administration from Old Dominion University, and was on the faculty of
Commonwealth College and Bryant and Straton College, instructing
business and marketing classes for five years. Neil understands
Prudential Decker Realty's commitment to details and excellent

Malisa Bowman is an Accredited Buyer Representative who has been
in real estate since 1998, and has been working with Neil since 2003.
Malisa is a native of the area who has the experience and knowledge

Andi Helfant-Frye has been in Real Estate since 1980 and has been
an Associate Broker since 1985. She specializes in residential
listings and sales from first homes to Oceanfront investment
properties. Andi has owned and managed real estate companies and

John Simmelink has been in real estate since 1982. He has
experience in both commercial and residential listings. John is a
listing specialist and a licensed real estate instructor.

award every year since 1995, and was awarded the highest level of
Platinum for his outstanding level of sales in 2003, 2004, and 2005.
