Neil Bennett is a listing agent who has been in Real Estate since
1993. Neil was awarded the degree of Masters of Business
Administration from Old Dominion University, and was on the faculty of
Commonwealth College and Bryant and Straton College, instructing
business and marketing classes for five years. Neil understands

John Simmelink has been in real estate since 1982. He has
experience in both commercial and residential listings. John is a
listing specialist and a licensed real estate instructor.
Neil has received the Hampton Roads Realtor's Circle of Excellence
award every year since 1995, and was awarded the highest level of
Platinum for his outstanding level of sales. He is currently ranked in
the top 1% of local Realtors in Tidewater. Neil continues to increase
his knowledge in Real Estate by attending many seminars and
workshops across the country, to continue to learn the most up to
